Background
Kimberly has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management, has been recognized by the State of Indiana’s House of Representatives, is a Certified Chamber Professional, has received the Indiana State Chamber Executive of the Year Award and several other recognitions from Community Corrections to achieving the highest adult award in Girl Scouting.

Personal Passions
Kimberly is the mother of five children, loves all things outdoors, but especially camping, hiking, boating and kayaking. She is also known for her voracious love of reading and when not working, you may find her on the porch swing absorbed in a good mystery book.

Amy Beechy
Amy has been making positive changes in communities for almost 20 years. After working in various areas of nonprofit management, Amy started her own consulting firm, Project Matters LLC, in 2009. Project Matters engages in community development and specializes in program feasibility, planning, implementation, and outcomes with a focus on entrepreneurship, education/training and healthcare. Clients include economic development organizations, community foundations, Chambers of Commerce, United Ways, postsecondary education institutions and healthcare organizations.

Adam Clevenger
For over a decade, Adam has created donor-centered and sustainable fundraising programs for a variety of nonprofit organizations. Before joining the Loring, Sternberg and Associates team, Adam served as Regional Collaboration Manager for the YMCA of the USA, working closely with 300 local Ys to support their board development, annual and capital fundraising efforts. In addition to annual support efforts, he has been a key leader on staff teams raising over $80 million in capital contributions.

Community Development Coordinator
Shae Kmicikewycz
Shae began her career as a Main Street Director, securing $1 million in downtown development funding. She went on to lead the Indiana Main Street Program under OCRA working with not-for-profits on board development, strategic planning, brand development and nonprofit management. She also created new State Main Street initiatives, including grant programs. Shae is currently a Community Development Coordinator and has secured funding for road infrastructure, economic development, façade improvement, and park improvement through various grant resources.

Krista Stillwell is the founder and chief Strategist of Stillwell+Co, a marketing and business strategy firm in Frankfort, IN. Krista and her team of passionate ladies serve a variety of small and medium sized businesses throughout the Midwest, focused on making marketing decisions practical, efficient, and ROI-driven. She partners with businesses on anything marketing and PR, but loves guiding strategic direction the most. When not working in the business, Krista is a Farmer's wife to Bryan, and a fur mom to Lainey and Lola, her Chocolate Australian Cattle Dogs. She loves college sports, beach vacations, and enjoying new restaurants.

Macy works closely with organizations as the founder of Goaldy, a social media marketing and business consulting agency pioneering the way to elevate brands on social media. She has over 7 years of experience growing brands on social media and has partnered with over a dozen industries varying from startups to multi-million-dollar companies and everywhere in between.
